that prep for rangers that interrupts every time you critical(disrupting accuracy i believe)>interrupt ranger. But then thats a weak interupter who wouldn't be able to choose when he crits even if it is like 90% of time and thats like saying i suck so much I can't interrupt stuff so ill give myself a 90% chance to interrupt and when i miss that aegis interrupt I will blame lag

maybe he meant punishing shot ? But still, a ranger interrupter is better than an A/R interrupter.

i meant a sin using quickshot, disrupting accuracy, with critical eye+way of the master to give an additional 50% chance to go critical (i think). hmmm...maybe i should actually give this build a try, or if enough ppl here tells me its a waste of time, that'll save me some trouble.

A ranger interrupter normally uses interrupt skills that do their job controlled and on command, it's a style or method different from the uncontrolled interrupt-on-hit you seek. Different situation call for different methods.
For the 'interrupt-on-hit' style one can use daze or preps like Incendiary Arrows or Choking Gas, that do not require a critical hit.

It's by far inferior to a magebane ranger, because :
a) It does not guarantee an interupt 100%
b) you can still be blocked by superduperdefense stuff
c) Quick shot has a 1 second activation time, so no way in hell to actually acuratly interupt 1s spells on reflex
b) assassins will explode anywhere, anytime if you want them to do a ranger's job
In short : it's inferior, bad, and that means you shouldn't use it (outside of RA for laughs and giggles)

the interupts are random, a good target will just cast right after your arrow hits.
And a d-shot does some disabling next to the interupt.

So I hear Dwarven Battle Stance interrupts with every attack! This probably makes a hammer warrior better than a ranger, amirite?

Rangers do not remove enchantments, nor stances.
Assassins can deal unblockable hits that remove stances and enchantments, then add dazing to prevent them coming back again.
